Ocean To Lake Greenway

 
Take a hike in the woods!

Hike from Riverbend Park along the wild and scenic corridor of the Loxahatchee River. Hikers will use a portion of the Florida Trail Association's Ocean to Lake trail, and end up at the Jonathan Dickinson State Park river area.

  • Check in starts: 6:30 am
  • Hike starts at: 7:15 am (dawn)
  • Riverbend Park entrance
  • Hike is approximately 10 miles
  • Registration Fee: $25.00

Hikers will have snacks and water available at the beginning; however everyone should carry what they need in terms of water, food and equipment.

All hikers need to dress appropriately.

Hike include a crossing of the Loxahatchee River by canoe at a designated point in the trail.

Registration Includes
  • Event T-shirt
  • Lunch/supper at Jonathan Dickinson State Park
  • Transportation back to Riverbend Park
